30-day returns
Unused items in their original, undamaged packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the goods value.
Faulty goods
If an item develops a fault within its warranty period, contact us with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will arrange repair, replacement or refund in line with the manufacturer's terms.
